Whether you like it or not, we live in a competitive world, and those of us in sales work in a competitive environment. There are other salespeople, managers and dealerships all fighting for the same customer's business.

So why would a customer pick one dealership over another?

Relationships and customer experience.

One way to build greater relationships and to enhance customer experiences is through management. Getting management involved with customers will help to make them feel even more special and important, so we should do this with every customer.

The salespeople and dealerships who get their managers involved early in the process have seen a huge difference with their results - more customers buying, more customers happier with their buying experience.

As I mention in the video above, getting the manager introduced to your customer before going out and showing your product will do a couple of things:

Help select the right product that matches your customers' wants and needs - 2 heads are better than 1.

Enhance the customer experience - they feel special by speaking with someone in authority, especially if that person edifies the salesperson they are working with.

Set the customer up for another t.o. to make sure you as a manager get the opportunity to talk with them before they leave.

Get this process firmly in place and watch your numbers beat your competition!
