The turn of a New Year motivates many of us to do things differently in the year ahead - the new year represents a new start, a do-over if you like.

We also get carried away with all the things we are going to do differently in the year ahead - yet if we look back over the last year, how many of those goals/resolutions did we actually achieve?

Instead of working on several new things at the same time, focus on just one. When you focus on it, you will have a far better chance of accomplishing what you set out to do.

The video above takes you through my choice - sold customer follow up. The reason it is my choice, is that this practice is not done very well, so if you manage to master it, you will stand head and shoulders above the norm. This will help you to build your business as time rolls on, so you can spend more of your time with people you know instead of continuing to search for fresh customers.
