Mike Braman

General Manager

Michael Braman has worked in the RV, marine, and powersports industries since 2004. He had held almost every position in a dealership, including Technician, Service Manager, Fixed Operations Manager, Salesperson, Sales Manager, and General Manager. Mike started out in privately-held dealerships, and moved on to larger dealer groups, rising in the ranks to Market Management and Vice President positions.

In addition to his work in dealerships, Mike owned a successful commercial landscaping business in Florida, and worked for Bridgestone Americas Corporation as a Divisional General Manager and Vice President overseeing their national medium and heavy-duty truck/bus service facilities.

Mike has also served as a Trainer and 20 Group Facilitator for Spader Business Management, and served in the U. S. military as a Corpsman (medic). Mike is married with two grown children, and he lives in Tennessee.

Mark Boswell

Fixed Operations Specialist

Mark Boswell - Operations SpecialistMark Boswell is a trainer, service expert and industry leader.

He grew up in Barberton, Ohio where his dreams of business were nurtured by his grandfather.  His first exposure to the RV industry was at Avalon RV in Ohio as a mechanic.  Through his drive and determination to make a difference he became service manager at RV World.  He then owned and operated his own mobile repair business for a few years before Stouts RV retained his services and he joined this award-winning RV dealership. Chuck Marzan trained Mark to deliver superior customer service, analyze and communicate goals, budgets, reduce warranty shortages, employee retention, lead service writers, technicians, parts and labor and warranty personal.
When Stouts was acquired, he tuned his craft as a regional service director.

As a Regional Director, he was responsible for the identity, developing, and implementing service processes that are proven to increase the growth and profitability of the service department with the service directors, along with the service manager and their whole management team.

At one point in his career, he owned and operated his own RV mobile repair business.

Mark’s skill set includes Leadership, Team building, Relationship building, Active listening Expert, Problem Solver and he is Customer Oriented.

Mark has a demonstrated history of working in the Service, parts, sales, and customer service industries. Skilled in Budgeting, Profit & Loss, Team building, Process implementation, Sales, Customer Satisfaction, Managing Teams, Employee Development, and Communication. Strong work ethic and consistent successes with "player-coach" management philosophy.

Eric Olsen

Fixed Operations Specialist

Eric is an experienced Operations and Project Manager with an emphasis on Human Resources, Leader Development, Training Management and Logistics.

He enlisted in the United States Army in 1991 and served an honorable 25-year career.  He has held every enlisted leadership position from Team Leader through Command Sergeant Major.  He was very successful in both the operational and executive spheres of influence, which served him well in his transition to the civilian work force.

Upon leaving the military, Eric was the Fixed Operations (Parts and Service) Manager for an American motorcycle dealership in Florida.  This fast-paced, highly competitive environment not only challenged him, but made him a subject matter expert in dealership Fixed Operations.

Eric was extremely thankful to be provided the opportunity to join the prestigious A World of Training team and Spader Business Management in April of 2022.  His military experience in leadership, training, logistics and operations combined with his outstanding performance in Fixed Operation Management makes him a valuable member of the team and an asset for any client he works with.

Sam Baier

Fixed Operations Specialist

Sam graduated from Universal Technical School in Phoenix, Arizona, and began his career working at a car dealership in San Diego, California. He worked his way up to Shop Foreman, and in 2001 be became the Bosch Diagnostics sales rep and equipment trainer.

While conducting training at an RV dealership in 2003, Sam was approached to work for them as a Lead Tech / Shop Foreman, and that began his career in the RV industry. Wanting to be more than an employee, in 2006 Sam began the process of buying property and building his own shop. During that process, he had the opportunity to purchase an existing RV dealership, which he did, renaming it to San Diego RV Center.

Sam moved to Ohio in 2019, selling his dealership and joining Arbogast RV Depot in 2020 as their Service Director; he worked there until that dealership's acquisition by Campers Inn in 2022, when he joined A World Of Training.
