Maybe your dealership is perfect, and your departments are like little angels with each other. If that is the case, there is no need to watch the video above.
If, on the other hand, there is an opportunity to improve communication in your dealership, especially between departments, you should watch the video.
Improved communication comes with respecting the other person (and/or department), the same way as we do with a complete stranger - our paying customers. Start with a smile (genuine) and listen to what the other person has to say. The number one thing we have to sell is ourselves - we do this by allowing the other person to talk, while we listen.
Have a respect for the work that your colleagues do - there is no department that is more important than the other - we all need each other if we want to look after our paying customers properly.
Start with more open and respectful communication with each other, and pretty soon you will be erasing that demarcation line in your dealership.
